Swine Flu Vaccination Programme
We now have additional supplies of the vaccination. If you have been advised you are eligible for the vaccine please telephone the surgery to book an appointment.
All children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years are now eligible to have the vaccine. We will send out letters to all as soon as possible, however, you can also call to make an appointment.
If you have not received a letter, but believe you are eligible for the Swine Flu vaccination please contact the surgery. Further information about Swine Flu can be found HERE
