If you have been advised you are eligible for the vaccine please telephone the surgery to book an appointment.
All children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years are now eligible to have the vaccine. If you have not received a letter, but believe you are eligible for the Swine Flu vaccination please contact the surgery. Further information about Swine Flu can be found HERE
